About us

A travel team from the Kumaon hills that does the job properly.

Mountain Club Holidays is based in Haldwani, where the plains end and the road to Nainital begins. Uttarakhand is home, so the Char Dham route, the Kumaon circuit and the drive to Manali are roads our team knows well.

We keep it simple: a clear day-wise plan, hotels from our own network, our own cabs and drivers, and one price that covers it all. If something comes up on the road, you call us and we sort it out.

Where is Mountain Club Holidays based?

Our main office is in Haldwani, Uttarakhand (28 UGF, Kaladhungi Road, near Ramlila Maidan, Unchapul) and we have a second office in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Most trips start from Delhi, Haridwar or Kathgodam.

What is included in your tour packages?

Hotel stays, two meals a day, a private cab with driver for the whole itinerary, day-wise sightseeing, tolls, parking, permits and driver allowance. Train or air tickets, monument entry fees and personal expenses are not included.

Can I change the itinerary or hotels?

Yes. Every package can be changed - dates, hotel category, number of days and pickup city. Send us what you have in mind and we will rework the plan and price.

How do I book and how much advance is needed?

Send an enquiry or message us on WhatsApp. Once you are happy with the plan, a 40 to 60 percent advance confirms the booking. Peak dates and last-minute bookings may need full payment.

Do you arrange the Char Dham Yatra and Kedarnath helicopter?

We run Char Dham, Do Dham and Kedarnath packages from Delhi and Haridwar with hotels, cab and registration help. Kedarnath helicopter tickets are booked separately on the official portal; we help you plan around your slot.
